United States will provide relief assistance of 1 million U.S. dollars to Pakistan
U.S. Agency for International Development on 30th, issued a statement declaring that the United States would provide relief assistance of 1 million U.S. dollars to the victims of the earthquake-disaster area in Pakistan through international agencies and non-governmental organizations.
The Chinese government donated 1 million U.S. dollars to the Pakistan earthquake-disaster area
Chinese Ambassador in Pakistan Luo Zhaohui at the presidential palace on the 30th, met with Pakistani President Zardari, and handed over the president’s message of Chinese President Hu Jintao on the Balochistan earthquake Zardari, with sympathy and on behalf of the Chinese government and people donated 1 million U.S. dollars of spot exchangeto the disaster area.
